3. Registered Keeper Lookup

Vehicle registration data is processed through approved DVLA channels to identify the registered keeper, ensuring full compliance with statutory and data-protection requirements.

4. Automated Fixed Penalty Notice Generation

Once validated, the system automatically generates a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) on behalf of the local authority. Notices are produced with supporting evidence and issued via post, enabling rapid enforcement — often before the offender returns home.
